Unmade Doctor Who Movie

I thought I would share this with you. It's a substantial article from Doctor Who Monthly about Scratchman, an unmade movie that was doing the rounds. It would have featured the fourth Doctor, Sarah and Harry, Auld Horny Heid and probably a few Daleks. It sounds brilliant but sadly it was not to be.  (link is to a pdf document.)
